We've asked in the Md Governors race what they'll do, Crickets

So the #mddebate has a number of questions that we have asked for the world to take a look at.  And, to remind them we asked we'll do stuff like this.

Bob Ehrlich I don't know of one thing you have ever done for Maryland's Common Interest Communities. In fact it was some of your appointed judges that recently ruled that CIC can't come to the Maryland Courts with small lein claims ~they capped it off by leaving a very vague definition of what they'll consider small.

Meanwhile the CIC lights will be cut off by Pepco, Washington Gas as well, Plus Water, Garbage are no longer afforded the members because they cant make anyone pay their commity dues.   The banks, fannie freddy, fha hud and va haven't paid nor did the owner they back the loan for in the first place.

And, not one elected leader is doing one single thing to help what is really about 3 out of 4 homes in the State of Maryland.

They have done the ole privatize your housing and related community bills while still taxing your for services you wont get. Then further making sure that you have no way to compel anyone to pay a bill for the service your community has to provide itself.
In fact in Maryland they go it one better.

The Single Family & Townhouse Associations have no requirement within the MD HOA ACT for financial disclosure.   So you could be moving into a dead broke community and the elected leaders have seen fit to make sure no one tells you.

Seems like a fair deal well take your taxes, and make sure you hold all the responsibility for the ticking time bomb called your homeowners association.  Bob! If your elected what will you do.
Do you even know the pain communities across Maryland are feeling NOW and what it's like to see your whole community damaged because leaders in Annapolis & Washington have so far--- turned a blind eye.
Not so fast you say well, I did show you the proof of this dues issues and it happend under your watch too.  If you didn't know that the Sec. of Hud and Maryland US Senator where looking into my claim that HUD then(((((and still now)))))) does not pay their community dues we have some talking to do.

Again! what is your plan to help Maryland CIC's Bob?

BTW  Until we fix it we have a housingtrainwreak on our hands and we'll ask the other guy too.

WAIT WAIT did you know Bob that one the main questions on Fannie's 921 Common Interest Communities Questionnaire is:

How many units are more then 30 days past due?    What to guess how many times this answer was ginned up and thus falsely answered over the last few years?

If you don't know that Condo's and Homeowner Associations are in crisis

Then you need to wake up to the fact that our entree economy is linked to a ticking time bomb and in the case of Condominiums a CondoIceBurg about to smash into the USS Fannie Mae.
